About Me
I’m an sports journalist who is also applying my hand in videography and pitch side filming. I’m hard working when working on projects that are challenging and can motivate myself when there are obstacles in the way that can prevent me from working.
I also have the ability to adapt to different scenarios depending on the situation and I am able to read situations that could be come challenging.
I take pride in all the work that I do. While also continuously stiving to expand my twitter following.
During my time at UCLan I have learnt a lot and have improved massively from when I first started the course, and I haven’t just improved as a journalist but I also feel like I have improved as a person as well.

- Olympus, Zoom and mobile phone audio recording for radio interviews.
- Producing digital videos for social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter
- Confident and impartial interviewer, with experience in interviewing footballers and local politicians.
- A qualification in media law
- SEO optimisation.
- Writing and producing digital content for a target audience.
AFC Fylde: September 2023-Present
During my time at Fylde I have learnt a lot in the world of videography. With trying out where to sit to get the best angles of the game and the goals, while also understanding how media works within a football looking to move up the football pyramid. With help from great people, who have taught me a lot, I will take what I have learnt and hope to apply it in the real world.
Guiseley AFC: July – September 2023
During my short time at Guiseley, it was really my first look into a football club. It was a different experience but good experience none-the-less because as they are a semi pro team I got a more hands on approach and more access to the players and ask them questions they won’t normally be asked.
University News-days: UCLan 2021-2024
This has taught me about how both radio stations and TV stations go about their day to day business. With getting videos and audio into the designated areas such as Burli. While also having the pressure of being in the gallery and working the equipment to make a show run smoothly.
